Sarah Howard is an emerging artist who from early childhood demonstrated an artistic talent.
In 2001 she was a successful exhibitor at the Royal Easter Show as a secondary student gaining a Highly Commended Award for a self-portrait and her pottery was also exhibited.
Sarah’s paintings have been selected for the Miniature Section of the Sydney Royal Easter Show every year since 2011.
In 2011 she was a finalist in the Contemporary Section of the Fisher’s Ghost Award and in 2012, 2013 and 2016 won first prize Abstract at the Camden Show.
Her work reflects a fascination with how movement can be created in a work through the composition of shapes and lines.
